AiToolMint is an informational AI tools discovery platform. We do not own or operate third-party tools listed and are not responsible for their functionality, updates, or policies.
3. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all users including visitors, tool creators, advertisers, affiliates, and partners.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and lawful information, avoid fraudulent listings, and comply with Indian laws. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings without notice.
5. Third-Party Disclaimer
AiToolMint does not guarantee tool performance or third-party security practices. Users must verify all details independently.
6. Paid Services & Featured Listings
Payments must be made in advance. Paid services and token packages are delivered digitally upon payment.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Digital Token Wallet Purchases (Web / Razorpay): Tokens are digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment. If you purchased tokens via our website using Razorpay and have not consumed any tokens from that transaction, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Once tokens have been spent to unlock prompts or tools, that portion is non-refundable. In-App Purchases (iOS App Store & Google Play Store): Purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed directly by Apple and Google. Refund requests for mobile app purchases must be submitted directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
8. Prohibited Content
Illegal services, scams, malware, hate speech, or intellectual property violations are strictly prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform materials are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
AiToolMint shall not be liable for loss of profits, business, data, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify AiToolMint against claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
12. Data Protection
We operate in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
